HOW DO I USE MY CARD?

Use your gift card up to its full value to pay for what you purchase at any participating La Cage - Brasserie sportive restaurant.

Activation and use of the card mean that you accept the following terms and conditions : the gift card is in Canadian funds, is exchangeable only when purchasing taxable services and merchandise, cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable, subject to reimbursement requirements in Quebec, and it cannot be used for payment of a credit card account or a similar type of account.


La Cage - Brasserie sportive cannot be held responsible for the replacement or the fulfillment of its obligations if the card is lost or stolen. The card has no value until it is activated by La Cage - Brasserie sportive or an authorized dealer. You can check the balance on your card on this site or by calling 1 866 277-1704 in the case of a physical card. The terms detailed above can be changed at any time by La Cage - Brasserie sportive.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

All cards ordered are processed and shipped within 24 business hours by the La Cage - Brasserie sportive head office (Groupe Sportscene inc.) in Boucherville, QC. Plan for an additional period of 48 hours for orders of over 50 cards.

We offer the following shipping services :

Regular Canada Post : Delivery charge of $2 per order. Delivery can take from 3 to 7 business days starting on the shipping date, depending on the area in Quebec.

Canada Post ExpressPost : Delivery charge of $10 per order. Delivery can take from 1 to 2 business days starting on the shipping date, depending on the area in Quebec.

CAN I SEND A CARD OUTSIDE OF QUEBEC?

Delivery of physical gift cards is limited to the province of Quebec.

IS MY CARD REFUNDABLE?

The gift card is non-refundable. No returns will be accepted.

What is the cost of using a virtual gift card?

There is no cost for using virtual gift cards.

Can I change the amount of a virtual gift card I've already paid for ?

No, no changes can be made for the time being.

How can I give a printed version of a virtual gift card to someone ?

You can choose your virtual gift card artwork online, send it to yourself by email, and then print it for the person you will give it to.

How do you send virtual gift cards ?

You will receive an e-mail for each virtual gift card you buy. After that, the buyer can forward each e-mail to the person he/she chooses.

Virtual gift cards are shown directly in the e-mail.

When is the virtual gift card sent to the recipient ?

As soon as the buyer forwards the e-mail he/she has received.

Must I print my gift card ?

No, you do not need to print your gift card. You can also show your gift card on your cell phone.

Does the virtual gift card have an expiration date ?

There is no expiration date for your gift card.

Must I spend the full amount of my virtual gift card all at once ?

You can make multiple purchases with your virtual gift card. There is no need to spend the entire amount in a single purchase.

Can I recharge my virtual gift card after spending the entire amount ?

No, not for the time being.

How can I check my balance on the gift card ?

What happens if I lose my virtual gift card ?

We cannot be held responsible for the replacement or the fulfillment of our obligations if the card is lost or stolen.
